Prospective authors are invited to submit papers dealing with the Symposium theme and related topics. An English abstract of about 300 words in Word Format shall be submitted to the Secretariat by email before December 31, 2009, indicating the postal mail and email addresses, telephone and fax of the first author or corresponding author. After review by Technical Committee of ISHPF 2010, accepted authors will be notified by January 30, 2010, and shall prepare and submit a full English paper in Word Format by email to the Secretariat before April 30, 2010. Paper format will be provided in the Second Announcement.
A digital book of full papers will be distributed at the Symposium. Orally presented papers of good quality will be published in the proceedings after the Symposium.
